This Privacy Policy explains how Navtaar Labs(“Navtaar Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit https://navtaarlabs.online(the “Site”), engage us for services, or otherwise interact with us. This Policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), along with rules issued thereunder.
By using the Site or engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.

- Product and account information — details you provide when signing up for or using one of our products (such as Platerrr or Fee ManageAI), including business or institution information, menus, order or fee data, and other content you submit, processed on your behalf to operate that product.
- Usage data — information collected automatically when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps, typically via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
- Communications — records of correspondence if you contact us, including for support or grievance redressal.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data or information (as defined under the SPDI Rules, 2011) through the Site unless you voluntarily provide it, and only to the extent necessary for the purpose for which it was shared.

- Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see Section 11), and thereafter with the Data Protection Board of India, where applicable.

9. Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

13. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising under it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
